Abandoned Building Brewery Private Event Information

We are not currently booking events into 2025 yet.

Thank you for considering Abandoned Building Brewery (ABB) for your event! The space we have available for private events is called the Living Room and the Brickyard Taproom.

ABB Provides

• Beer, brewed right on site

• Bar staff for the duration of your event

• Use of the walk-in cooler for any food or beverages you carry in

• 8-foot tables

• A digital projector in the Living Room with an HDMI hook-up

• Speakers that can connect to any digital device for music

• A small PA system and microphone

• Complementary 1 hour set up time before your event begins 

You Provide

• Decorations, linens, centerpieces, etc.

• Any food you wish to consume during your event. We do not have a kitchen, but we do have caterers we can recommend.

• Table linens, dishes, utensils

• Wine and non-alcoholic beverages (no hard liquor)

Other Considerations

• Only beer produced by ABB may be served. You are welcome to bring in wine and non-alcoholic beverages, but they must be self-service.

• The Living Room is typically set up with high top tables. The Brickyard Tap Room is set up with high top tables and picnic tables. If you would like a different set up than we normally have please let us know.

• Our tap room spaces are open floor plans that include our brewery operations. Our equipment generates some background noise that is always present. 

• We welcome you to look around at the brewing operation, but request that all guests keep off the concrete slab that houses the brewery equipment.

• All pets present at your event must be on-leash at all times.

• Guests under 21 years of age may attend your private event if accompanied by a parent or guardian. We take underage drinking very seriously. All guests may be asked to show ID, and if underage guests are found consuming alcohol, their party will be asked to leave.

• ABB requires a deposit of 50% of the rental fee to secure the date for your event.

• There is a minimum rental time of 3 hours. If you choose to rent the room for less time, you will still be charged the minimum amount (see hourly pricing below.)

• The seating capacities listed below are for our normal setup that we use for daily tap room operations. If you require more seating please let us know and we can work with you.

• The hourly rates listed below are only for the room rental, they do not include beer. 

 Beer Payment Options

We offer several options for purchasing beer during your event. Our beers range in price from $4-$8 per pint.

• A tab can be started to keep track of the drinks your guests consume during your event.

• We can provide your guests with tickets that are good for one or two beers that you pay for, with guests paying for any remaining drinks.

• Guests pay for any beer they consume.

Deposit Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your event with 14 days notice, but after that deposits will not be refunded for any reason.
