It’s our Anniversary!

Hoppy IPA brewed with lots of malted wheat and hopped with Krush, Galaxy, and Citra hop varieties.

First made in 2024, this beer is brewed with 100% Pilsner malt from Valley Malt in Holyoke, and hopped with locally grown hops by Four Star Farms in Northfield. It is cold fermented using our house lager yeast, then lagered for 2 months before releasing.

Nightshade Stout is a Classic American Stout that features malted wheat from Valley Malt in Hadley in addition to roasted barley, chocolate malt, numerous crystal malts, and flaked wheat. All of the specialty malts evolve into flavors of dark chocolate, fresh baked bread, and dark roasted coffee.

Belladonna - Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11% - Limited Availability in Winter

Brewed in the early part of the year and then aged for many months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, Belladonna is one of our favorite barrel aged beers to make. Different bourbon barrels are used to age the beer each year so the vintages have nuanced flavor profiles each year. Expect a rich and pitch black beer with layers of caramel, dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, and bourbon.

Named after the building the brewery is housed in, Brickyard Porter is a classic English Style Brown Porter brewed with English Marris Otter Pale Ale Malt and 2 other specialty malts that provide a full bodied malty beer to add flavor layers of freshly baked bread, caramel sweetness, and subtle chocolate.

New England IPA that is triple dry hopped with Citra and a touch of Mosaic hops. This beer showcases what made Citra hops and New England IPAs famous.

Freshly ground coffee from Share Coffee Roasters in Hadley, MA is turned into our own house made cold brew coffee that is infused into a special stout that is brewed with a unique and bold coffee malt. This beer brings the best of cold brew coffee and stout together.

First made in 2020, this lager has now become a staple at the brewery. It is a great example of an unfiltered Bohemian Style Czech Pilsner that is made with high quality pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops, and a clean lager yeast.

Named in celebration of the amazing women in agriculture who make local beer possible, Dirty Girl IPA is a West Coast influenced IPA that features Chinook, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hop varieties lending big citrus and bitter pine characteristics to the medium malt backbone’s subtle sweetness. This is our flagship IPA that we have been brewing since we opened in 2014.

Hazy New England IPA that is brewed with white wheat malt and hopped intensely with Azacca, El Dorado, Vic Secret, and Citra hop varieties. This is our most popular juicy New England IPA that we have been brewing for the last 5 years.
